What material is the jewelry made in?
We make all our jewelry in 92.5 Sterling Silver unless mentioned otherwise.
How can I get a piece customised?
You can get a piece customised by visiting the customisation page on our site. You can also get personally in touch with Deepti, our Creative Director, on +91 9845033445 via Whatsapp.
How do I store my jewelry safely?
If the jewelry is plain metal, you can store it in a pouch or a box. All gold-plated jewelry must be stored moisture-free, either in a zip-lock packet or an air-tight box. Please do not store gold-plated jewelry in velvet boxes.
If you live by the sea, please be extra careful about storing your jewelry to avoid moisture content from getting into the storage.
All gem stone jewelry, with semi precious stones, must be stored separately from each other so the gem stones dont scratch.
What do I do if the product is damaged when I receive it?
We photograph all our shipments before sending them out to ensure there is no fault from our end. If your product has been tampered during transit you can get in touch with us within 7 days and we will replace it for you.
Is there a physical store I can visit and try on jewelry?
Yes, our store is on Lavelle Road, Bangalore. You can get in touch with us for directions or find it on Google Maps. We are operational from Monday to Friday, 11am to 6pm.
What payment methods do you accept?
For Domestic Orders we accept Major Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking and UPI.
For International orders we accept Major Credit and Debit Cards.
Can I change the shipping address of the order?
You cannot change the shipping address for orders that are placed. Please verify & confirm all details before completing an order.
